公告_特快旅遊簽證服務

情愛的遊客；

我們很高興地宣布我們的官方特快旅遊簽證服務，將於2018年4月2日開始使用。有了這項新服務，你可以申請常規的旅遊簽證（一年365天提供服務），24小時內通過獲得申請結果。這項服務的費用為2000台幣，目前，所有申請人都可以申請該旅遊簽證。但是特快簽證服務不適用於商務簽證。

We are pleased to announce that following Myanmar Registered Foreign Chamber of Commerce Association's recommendation or invitation letter are eligible for the Business Visa application.

Dear Valued Visitors,
We are pleased to announce the launch of the new trial for our official Tourist Visa (Express Service), which will be available starting April 1 ^st, 2018. With this new service, you can apply for a regular Tourist Visa using expedited application processing, 365 days a year, with results issued within 24 hours. The cost of this service is NT$2000, and is available to all applicants currently eligible for a regular Tourist Visa. Note that Express Service is not available for Business Visa. Finally, please be reminded that all services are strictly non-refundable, and all other terms and conditions apply.

Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Visa Applying

There will be no refund for Visa Transaction Fees.
Apart from the professions mentioned in this visa application, you are not allowed to engage in any sort of work with or without charges.
Applicant shall abide by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and shall not interfere in the internal affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
Legal action will be taken against those who violate or contravene any provision of the existing laws, rules and regulations of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
Applicant shall not be allowed to travel to the restricted area without seeking prior permission.
It is important to notice that the Approval letter is not a confirmed Visa letter.
The Approval letter is valid up to 90 days from the date of issue.
In unfortunate case of if your application is rejected, no reason will be provided or can be requested.
Processing time is up to (3) working days excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

The fee collected is non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the application or if you withdraw the application after submission.

The Visa Section is open from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm, and 1.30 pm to 5.00 pm on weekdays, except Myanmar New Year Day on April and Taiwan public holidays.

Notice to Tourists

1/ Information on restricted area go to mip.gov.mm.
You will need the following before you apply:

Your passport validity must have at least (6) months.
You have to upload one COLOR PHOTO (4.8 cm X 3.8 cm) taking during last (3) months.

2/ Tourist Visa processing information :

The validity of Visa approval letter is 90 days from the issued date. If it is expired, entry will be denied.
Length of stay is (28) days from the date of arrival in Myanmar.
Visa service is non refundable.
You will receive an email acknowledgement within 1 hour after successful payment.
The processing time is up to (3) working days.(Excluding Public Holiday)

3/ If the applicant has child(ren) under (7) years old on the same passport, you have to put the name of that child, date of birth in the minor section of the application form.

4/ Tourists must stay in registered hotels, motels, inns, guest house and resort during your stay in Myanmar.

5/ The applicant should complete individual personal data whether passenger is FIT or package tour.

6/ Visa is a only valid for a single entry. Re-entry will require a new visa.

7/ Currently passengers with Visa are only permitted to enter via following ports :

Yangon International Airport
Mandalay International Airport
Nay Pyi Taw International Airport
Tachileik Land Border Checkpoint
Myawaddy Land Border Checkpoint
Kawthaung Land Border Checkpoint

We will announce other port of entry in due course.

8/ If you are visiting Myanmar via cruise, please contact your tour agent for Pre-arrangement Visa on Arrival. You will not be able to use Visa to enter Myanmar via seaport.

9/ If the decision is not allowed to entry, you may return by the same flight.

10/ Ordinary passport holders from the following countries are giving visa exemption for 14 days-

Brunei
Cambodia
Indonesia
Laos
Philippines
Thailand
Vietnam
Singapore (30days)

The Required Terms and Conditions for VISA ON ARRIVAL

The Applicant Shall-

Have a valid passport not expiring for at least 6 months from the date of entry into Myanmar.
Bring two recent (4cm x 6cm) color photos taken within the past six months
Have the letter of invitation from the sponsoring company in the event of first trip of business study. (Stay cannot be extended.)
Be required to produce copies of company registration/business license/ evidence of permission to do business issued by the ministries concerned together with the application if he is working in Myanmar.
Fully mention the name of the factory, location, the sponsor and the position he holds if he is doing business with business visa.
Apply for extension of visa with the recommendation of the ministries concerned as well as in accordance with the existing procedures if he is doing business with business visa.
Produce letter of invitation by the ministries concerned if he is going to attend meetings, workshops, events and ceremonies.
Not be allowed to engage in any sort of work with or without charges apart from the professions mentioned in the visa application form.
Produce air ticket to the destination if he is applying for transit visa.
Stay at the hotels, motels and guest houses holding legal licenses issued by Myanmar Government, and factories and workshops legally permitted as well as human dwellings; and exactly mention the address he will stay at.
Make a promise to strictly abide by the existing laws, rules, procedures, orders and directives issued by Myanmar Government.
Have under-seven-year-old children accompanying parents in the passport granted visa free of charge; be able to produce the evidence of parent-children relationship if the children are holding separate passport.
Not be allowed to travel to the restricted areas without seeking prior permission.
Report to the office of the township Immigration and National Registration Department concerned at which he stays within Myanmar mentioning the address of hotels, motels, guest houses, factories and workshops legally permitted as well as human dwellings.
Depart to the country which he has traveled from by the arrangement of the airline he is using if he is denied entry.
Abide by the decision of the On Arrival Visa Scrutiny and Issuing Team.
Apply for Visa On Arrival at Airport Immigration Section obtaining the application form either from the airlines in Myanmar or the following website www.mip.gov.mm of the Ministry of Immigration and Population.
